RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is received.
A flat €2.00 return fee applies to each return and will be deducted from the refund amount.
The return request must be submitted within the applicable period. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued, minus the €2.00 flat return fee.
